  • Customers must present order confirmation during pickup.
  • Orders not collected within the pickup window may be considered forfeited unless prior arrangements are made.

Delivery within Kuala Lumpur & Selangor

  • Delivery is available within KL & Selangor.
  • Delivery fees will be confirmed with the customer before booking delivery.
  • Standard delivery window: Saturday, 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
  • Please inform us in advance if a different delivery timing is required.

Postage to Other States

  • West Malaysia (WM): RM10
  • East Malaysia (EM): RM18
  • Estimated delivery time: approximately 3 days after dispatch.
  • Products are packed with protective materials; however, biscuits are fragile and minor cracking may occur during transit.
