No Refunds or Returns
- All sales are final.
- Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Taste preference
- Minor biscuit cracking during delivery
- Missed self-pickup without prior notice
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If you receive the wrong product or experience serious damage, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos.
- Each case will be reviewed individually at CHUVÉE’s discretion.
