1. What is Chuvée known for?

Chuvée is known for handcrafted Taiwanese nougat biscuits made with premium ingredients, low sugar, and no preservatives. Each batch is freshly made in small quantities to ensure the best taste and texture.

2. Where are Chuvée nougat biscuits made?

Our nougat biscuits are handcrafted in Malaysia, inspired by authentic Taiwanese flavours and techniques.

我们的牛轧饼为 马来西亚手工制作，灵感源自台湾传统风味与工艺。

3. Are Chuvée biscuits low sugar?

Yes. Chuvée biscuits are lower in sugar compared to conventional nougat biscuits, without compromising taste.

4. Do your products contain preservatives or additives?

No. All Chuvée products are made without preservatives or artificial additives.

5. What ingredients are used in Chuvée nougat biscuits?

We use carefully selected, high-quality ingredients to ensure flavour and quality.

Ingredients:
Elle & Vire French gourmet butter, New Zealand milk powder, sugar, maltose, water, albumen (egg white), flour, yeast, scallion, oil, salt.

All ingredients are clearly reflected in our product photos for transparent reference.

6. How long do the biscuits last?

For best taste, we recommend consuming within 2–3 weeks from the manufacturing date when stored in a cool, dry place.

7. Do you offer self-pickup?

Yes. Self-pickup is available on Saturdays from 3PM – 6PM.

8. What products do you offer and how much do they cost?

Classic Box (~270g): RM38
Each box contains 18 pieces of nougat biscuits (upgraded from 16 pieces).

10. Do you deliver within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor?

Yes. Delivery within KL / Selangor is available.

  1. Delivery fee will be confirmed with you before booking.

11. Do you ship to other states in Malaysia?

Yes. Nationwide shipping is available.

  • Estimated delivery time: ~3 days

We use bubble wrap for protection. However, as biscuits are fragile, minor cracking may occur during transit.

Yes. All Chuvée products are made fresh in limited batches. Once sold out, we wait for the next production round.
